Primordial Sound Meditation is taught over four separate sessions, with each session lasting about 1 1/2 hours in length, Heather carefully navigates her students with grace and with love, as they learn this most sacred practice of meditation. Students complete their study with a sense of security and fulfillment as they begin, with full anticipation, to integrate the practice, and to witness the profound benefits unfold naturally, in to their lives.
Private Instruction $800.00
Semi-Private Instruction (2-4 candidates) $1000.00
Retreat (10 applicants) $300.00 per applicant
Heather's meditation retreats are held in the exquisite, tranquil and serene environment of the Serra Retreat (www.serraretreat.com), in Malibu. The intimate setting of 10 participants at this meditation retreat provides the applicants with all of the warmth and love that a small group embraces, in a magnificent and sacred atmosphere. There are also quaint, lovely rooms available, at the retreat, for out of town students. The sessions are taught over 4 days, with each session lasting about 1 1/2 hours in length. At the end of the forth session, there is a beautiful labyrinth to welcome you on your new journey of enlightenment.
