Carefully designed by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon, this yoga session has been created to awaken and activate all seven chakras (the energy centers located along the spine), which ultimately results in the direct channels (nadis) of energy to flow freely by uniting your body, mind and soul with proper instruction in pranayam (breath) blissfully uniting with the asanas (yoga postures). Heather then draws her students deeply inward with precise instruction of the bandhas (internal energy locks), which slowly build in specific regions of the body, ultimately enabling her students to reach new heights of incredible bliss and enlightenment.
