Heather Frenner, a student of psychology, is a certified Chopra Yoga Instructor, a certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor, a Chopra Center Ayurvedic Products Consultant, and a certified children's Yoga instructor. Benefits: Setu Bandhasana will strengthen the thyroid, as it stretches out the neck, spine, shoulders, and chest. In addition, it will stimulate the kidneys and liver, improving digestion. It also relieves symptoms of menopause.

"With its solid foundational roots originating from India, Yoga has merged into the mainstream of almost every household in the universe. And what exactly IS yoga? What can yoga Do for you?

YOGA IS THE SACRED practice which will UNITE your BODY, with your MIND and ultimately, your SOUL. It means "To Yuj"- to bring together and to join in HARMONY. To bring harmony into your LIFE, we must learn how to first~DETACH~ from everything that does not serve us in a nourishing way. We do this by QUIETING the mind and relinquishing THOUGHTS.
